The platform

From scattered supplier data to a passport anyone can scan.

zevoyt is the compliance backbone for digital product passports: it collects trustworthy data from deep supply chains, checks it against the EU rules for your sector, and publishes passports built on open standards.

How it works

Capture → Verify → Generate → Share

Each step removes a part of the work that usually takes exporters and brands months of spreadsheets and email.

Step 01

Capture

Get data out of the supply chain — without asking suppliers to change how they work.

Most passport data lives with tier-2 and tier-3 suppliers: spinners, mills, dye houses and component makers who don’t have ERP systems. zevoyt meets them where they are.

  • Supplier invites by link — no logins to set up, no software to install.
  • Mobile-first, WhatsApp-grade flow — snap a photo of a certificate, upload a test report or answer a few guided questions.
  • Local languages — Gujarati, Hindi and English, with more as we expand.
  • Bulk import from spreadsheets and CSV for your own product catalogue.
Step 02

Verify

Turn raw uploads into structured, trustworthy, regulator-ready data.

Uploaded documents are structured into the data model your sector’s delegated act requires, then checked for completeness and consistency.

  • Sector templates tell you exactly which fields are required — and which are missing.
  • Expiry and gap alerts for certificates such as OEKO-TEX, GOTS or test reports.
  • Machine-readable records in JSON-LD, aligned to the CIRPASS reference model.
  • Tamper-evident data using W3C Verifiable Credentials, so buyers and authorities can trust where it came from.
Step 03

Generate

A unique identity and a scannable label for every product.

zevoyt issues identifiers and data carriers using the schemes the EU standards recognise, so your passports are valid and interoperable from the start.

  • Unique IDs under EN 18219 — GS1 Digital Link (GTIN + serial), or decentralized identifiers where they fit better.
  • QR codes, Data Matrix or NFC under EN 18220, with print-ready label files.
  • Model, batch or item level — whatever granularity your sector requires.
  • Registry-ready identifiers, prepared for the EU’s central DPP registry.
Step 04

Share

The right information for every person who scans.

One passport, many audiences. Each viewer sees only what they need — and what you’ve chosen to share.

  • Role-based views for consumers, B2B buyers, customs and market-surveillance authorities, repairers and recyclers.
  • EU-region hosting that keeps passports available for the product’s full life, plus the post-end-of-life period.
  • REST API (OpenAPI) and JSON-LD exports for your buyers’ and partners’ systems.
  • Your brand, your data — branded consumer pages and clear data ownership.
What goes in a passport

Five layers of data. One place to manage them.

Exact fields are set per product group by EU delegated acts, but every passport is built from the same five layers. zevoyt organises your data this way from day one, so new requirements slot straight in.

What each layer contains →

1

Product identity

Unique identifier, model, batch, manufacturer and brand, EU Declaration of Conformity.

2

Material composition

Materials by weight, substances of concern (REACH SVHCs), recycled content, origin.

3

Performance & sustainability

Carbon footprint, energy efficiency, durability, repairability, water and emissions.

4

Repair & end-of-life

Spare parts, disassembly and repair instructions, recycling guidance.

5

Compliance & ownership

Certificates, conformity documents and, for durable goods, ownership and transfer records.

Standards

Built on the standards the EU actually uses

In 2026 CEN-CENELEC JTC 24 finalised the EN 1821x series — the European standards defining how every DPP is identified, carried, exchanged, stored and secured. Buyers fear lock-in; open standards are our answer.

StandardWhat it governsHow zevoyt uses it
EN 18219Unique identifiers — GS1 Digital Link, IEC 61406, W3C DIDs, RFID/2D IDs, DOIs; operator IDs including GLEIF LEIEvery passport gets a permitted, globally unique ID
EN 18220Data carriers — QR, Data Matrix, NFC and UHF RFID; placement, marking and print qualityPrint-ready labels that scan reliably

Fits your stack

Works with the systems you already have

Legacy ERPs were never built for lifecycle data. zevoyt sits alongside them instead of replacing them.

Spreadsheets & CSV

Start with what you have. Import product catalogues and supplier lists in minutes.

ERP & PLM

Connect your ERP or PLM through our API so product master data flows in automatically.

Partners & buyers

Share passports with EU importers, authorised representatives and buyers via API or JSON-LD export.

Get your first passport live in weeks, not years.

Drop your work email and we’ll map your fastest path to EU compliance — it takes 30 seconds.
