Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This policy explains how zevoyt (“zevoyt”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, zevoyt.com. It does not cover data our customers process on the zevoyt platform, which is governed by our customer agreements and data-processing agreements.

Who we are

zevoyt is a digital product passport company based in Gujarat, India. For questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at hello@zevoyt.com. This address also reaches our grievance officer for the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Information you give us when you book a demo or contact us: your name, work email, company name (optional), your sector, your answers to our short questions and any notes you add.
  • Technical information that is automatically processed when you visit any website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which our hosting provider uses to deliver and secure the site.
  • Spam-protection data when you submit the form: a one-way, scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, which lets us limit repeated submissions, and your browser’s user-agent string. We never store your IP address itself.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange and tailor your demo.
  • To follow up about zevoyt products and services you’ve shown interest in. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To keep the website secure and working properly.

Legal basis

Under the EU GDPR, we process your enquiry on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Under India’s DPDP Act, we process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — stores your enquiry in our database and sends our confirmation email. Your data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that the form is being used by a person and not a bot. It processes technical signals from your browser, including your IP address, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. It does not use cookies for tracking.
  • GitHub Pages — hosts this website.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser connects to Google to load them.

These providers may process data outside India or the EU. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship. Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after your last submission, unless you become a customer or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to nominate another person to exercise your rights. To exercise any of these, email hello@zevoyt.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority or, in India, to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. Read more on our Trust & security page.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
